With over 30 years of experience in marine insurance, Guillaume Larosée, President, built his expertise by working with some of the top underwriters and boat insurance brokers in Quebec. After a two-year professional break, he relaunched in 2018, with great passion, a dedicated division within Groupe Lanthier Assurances, which he successfully developed over seven years alongside Marie-Soleil Phermigion.
In 2026, the merger of Groupe Lanthier with Groupe DPA Assurances marked a significant turning point and led to the creation of Nauti Expert Inc. Alongside his key employee, now partner, Marie-Soleil Phermigion also became Vice President. Nauti Expert Inc. is an exclusive boat insurance brokerage and is also one of the few firms in Quebec able to insure boats internationally; the firm also holds a special brokerage license.
Groupe DPA also joined the ownership structure, further strengthening this strategic alliance. This collaboration now allows us to offer our clients a complete and integrated service, meeting all their insurance needs with expertise, proximity, and a forward-looking vision.
