The son of a sailor, Guillaume has been navigating since the age of 5. In 1994, he began his career in maritime insurance for pleasure boats as a maritime underwriter at Marine Expert. Over his career, Guillaume has insured over 10,000 boat owners. In 2008, he became an insurance broker specializing in nautical businesses in Quebec, currently insuring numerous nautical businesses and major dealerships and marinas.
Originally from Gaspésie, Marie-Soleil spent the first 10 years of her career in the automotive sector. In 2018, she transitioned into the world of boat insurance. Since 2020, Marie-Soleil has held a commercial insurance broker license, expanding her expertise to boat dealerships, marinas, and boat repair businesses. Her experience in management and passion for the nautical industry led her to accept the role of Director of the Pleasure Boat Department in 2021.
Also the son of a sailor, Mario has worked in commercial maritime insurance since the 1980s. His professional journey includes writing the first French wording for a marina and dealership insurance program in the 1990s. Mario has also served as President of the Quebec Maritime Association for many years.
An insurance broker since 1998, Dominique became Director of Personal Lines in 2003. In 2017, she was appointed President of Groupe Lanthier Assurances, the parent company of Nauti Expert. In addition to managing the company, Dominique oversees the VIP Department, offering tailored products for prestigious homes and high-end vehicles.
